What skin type is Cloudwear best for?Updated 9 days ago
Cloudwear is suitable for all skin types, here’s why we think you might like it:
Normal to dry. You'll get the most out of the hydration. In a clinical study, skin hydration measured 54.7% higher fifteen minutes after applying so you can use it in place of a moisturizer. If you run very dry, or it's winter where you are, you may want to layer a moisturizer underneath and use it as your last step.
Combination to oily. Use it as your moisturizer year-round. It's hydrating without being heavy, and 97% of participants agreed it doesn't feel greasy. Cloudwear does leave your skin with a healthy glow and satin finish. If your skin needs powder to help mattify, it plays well with this and won’t pill.
Acne-prone. In a clinical study, a dermatologist counted comedones and acne lesions on 32 women with acne-prone, combination to oily skin over 28 days of daily use, and found no increase in either. This makes Cloudwear non-comedogenic and non-acnegenic. Great for you if you are used to other SPFs breaking you out.
Sensitive. Fragrance-free, with an irritation index of 0.00 and no sensitization in a patch test on 100 people.
